hi! I’m Alma Cox, a painter who creates vibrant and cozy room portraits with lots of art on the walls. My paintings inspire surface pattern designs for products I sell like prints, fabric, greeting cards and calendars. I paint in a Naive art style with feminine and whimsical motifs.

Two things I believe with all my heart: creativity is a superpower everyone has and art is all about your joy. I teach on Skillshare and I have a YouTube channel where I aim to uplift & share inspiration.

Twenty years ago, art found me after I completed an Ironman. I had no idea I had it in me to sit and paint for hours too! I guess it’s true that you never know what you’re capable of until you do it. ;)
